No. HealthLynk stores and organises information; it does not diagnose, prescribe, provide medical treatment or replace professional medical advice.

Should I use HealthLynk during a medical emergency?

HealthLynk is not an emergency medical service. It may help you keep information organised, but in an emergency contact the appropriate emergency or healthcare service.

How do I get help with my account?

Use the Contact page for account, privacy, security, billing or general support questions. Never include more sensitive health information than is necessary in a support message.
