Is HealthLynk free?
HealthLynk offers subscription plans. Current prices, included capacity and availability are shown on the Pricing page.
Is there a free trial?
Where an eligible subscription includes a trial, the current trial duration and first-payment timing are shown during subscription review. Eligibility and plan rules apply.
When will I be charged?
The review step shows the amount due and the first recurring payment timing. In general, the first recurring payment follows the trial where a trial applies, or activation where it does not.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Trial cancellation prevents the first paid renewal; paid cancellation stops future renewal at the end of the current paid period. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
The implemented retention process may provide read-only access for a defined period, during which you can export or download information. See your subscription notices and the Refund and Cancellation Policy for current dates and terms.
What is the difference between Personal and Family?
Personal plans are for one person's HealthProfile. Family plans support eligible additional profiles, while each person's profile and access permissions remain separate. See the Pricing page for current plan details.
